Fishing: 

Western Michigan offers some off great fishing opportunities. You can fish for everything from small pan fish to forty pound King Salmon. Not to mention the mighty musky or elusive great lakes perch that many consider the best eating fish in the world. Fisherman are very secretive about where they catch perch, but word has it that Portage lake, the West side of Pere Marquette near the Dow docks and near the Consumers Power project in Ludington have been productive.
