Starting at the front entrance this is a description of the residence:

• From the front foyer you enter the living room
• The living room is approximately 18 x 15 it features a beautiful gas fired fireplace, all leather couches and chairs, a wide screen plasma TV, stylish stainless wine refrigerator and luxurious appointments.
• To the right of the living room are two bedrooms and a bath.
• One bedroom is 12 x12 the other is 12 x 14, both have queen size beds with premium mattresses, TV, telephone, and ceiling fans.
• The full bath features a ceramic tile shower
• You enter the kitchen from the left of the living room. The kitchen is L shaped with the approximate dimensions 18 x 21. All new stainless appliances, including oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher plus all of the other small appliances and utensils are provided. The is a large dinning room table and a vintage slot machine in the eating area. The washer and dryer are located in a small separate room just off the kitchen
• A stairway from the eating area of the kitchen leads up to the two mater bedrooms, bath and office area.
• The North bedroom is 12 x 24 and features a King size bed with pillow top mattress, TV, writing desk, closet, ceilings fan, phone and a private balcony overlooking the deck area.
• The South bedroom is L shaped and approximately 16 x 21 and features a King size bed with pillow top mattress, TV, ceilings fan, large closet,  phone and a private balcony overlooking the deck area. The is also commercial grade exercise equipment located near the entrance of this room.
• The upstairs has a full bath featuring a large ceramic tile shower.
• The front, North and rear (East) side of the residence is surrounded over a 1000 sf. of deck.
• The deck area includes two table and chair sets, a hot tub, a large firepot, a large storage area for bikes, skies etc. and an outdoor shower.
• There is plenty of free parking available.
